Q: What will my credit card statement say?
A: Your Credit Card statement will say “Alphanet Services”
Q: Why do you need my address, phone number and email address?
A: Our Credit Card Processing requires this information.
Q: Will you mail something to my home?
A: Never!!! Your privacy is paramount. We do sometimes do email to follow up, schedule appointments etc.
Q: How come you are $2.50 a minute, I see many sites offering services for lots less.
A: You get what you pay for! We believe our entertainers are tops in their field. They are genuine in their interest in your fantasy and making you happy, quality cost more!
Q: Am I also charged a connection fee?
A: We charge no connection fees! Many of the services that charge lower rates also charge a flat fee connection fee on top of their per minute rate.
Q: I am not in the US or Canada, can I still call?
A: Yes, but you will need to enter your credit card information online before your fantasy can begin. We regret that we cant take your information over the phone. You are welcome to call first to confirm your girl is available, then enter the info online. Unfortunately there are NO exceptions to this rule.
Q: I am not in the US, is there an added cost?
A: Our toll-free numbers are available from most countries and no there is no added cost, except what your local phone service might charge for connecting. Please note if you use Skype to call the US we highly recommend you use a paid Skype account – this way you can forward the call to your landline and enjoy your call without being tethered to a computer. There is a small charge for this service with Skype.
Q: I don’t have a card I can use? Can you bill me or something?
A: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. This includes debit cards with the Visa logo! So no we cannot bill you, or bill your phone. Many stores do offer Visa or American Express Gift cards that can be purchased in the store and used just like a regular Visa or Amex. Walgreens sells these and they have over 7000 locations across North America
Q: I really had a great time, is tipping allowed? Is it cool?
A: Yes, gratuities are greatly appreciated!! At the end of your call just let your entertainer know how much you want to tip and she will let us know, this will appear on your card as a separate line – but will still say “Alphanet Services”
Q: I would like to send my girl a gift – is that possible?
A: Yes, but we ask that you use the electronic gift card options available on the gifts/gratuities page – right here. For safety reasons this seems to work best. You just choose the retailer and the entertainer and enter her email addy. An electronic gift card is sent to her. You can also email and let her know what sort of gift your gift card is for! A few of the entertainers also have Amazon wish lists.
Q: I have a problem and really need to talk to someone about billing challenges
A: Customer service is available at 1-800-…… just call anytime.
Q: How come I have to pay in blocks of time, cant you just charge me for the number of minutes?
A: Because we need to authorize the charges before the call begins this is not possible.
Q: What if I am having a good time and I need more time? Do I have to hang up and call back?
A: Nope, just let your entertainer know and she will add another block of time
Q: When I call, where am I calling?
A: Depends on the entertainer! All of our girls have their toll-free numbers ring to their homes. So most are taking the call right in their bedroom or living room!
Q: I called my entertainer of choice and another Lady answered the phone?
A: Well sometimes our entertainers have to sleep 
If your chosen entertainer is not available, then in most instances the call forwards to another entertainer. We are very choosy on who we forward to so you can still enjoy your call. If this person doesn’t work for you, no problem… just let her know you wanted someone else and drop your chosen entertainer an email or leave an offline IM to arrange a call.
Q: I like to check on Instant Message before my call to make sure my entertainer is there, is this cool?
A: Sure, that is why the contact info is out there. Yahoo seems to be the best option! But, please understand if you IM and are not answered right away your entertainer might be away from the computer or on another call. Please also note that IM is for a few quick chats, not for chatting all day.
Q: I cant call but want to get off, can we cyber on Instant Message?
A: Sure, rates are $1.25 a minute. To set this up, IM your entertainer and make sure she is available, then pay online by clicking here… Choosing double the time for a phone sex call. So if you want to cyber for 30 minutes, choose a 15 minute call.
Q: I will be visiting the city where I know my entertainer lives and want to set up an date/escort appointment – is this possible?
A: Sorry, No.
Q: How about if I want more than one girl?
A: Two girl calls are available, but need some arranging. Contact your entertainer by IM or email and she will help you work out the details. Two girl calls are $5.50 a minute, with a thirty minute minimum.
Q: What about another a call with me and my girlfriend, wife, boyfriend or just another?
A: If you want to threeway in a friend or the friend is at your place that is fine. Just let your entertainer know and talk for a moment about expectations before your friend gets on the line. Sometimes calls with multiple people are a bit of a challenge and it takes a moment for everyone to get the right momentum – please plan your time accordingly. We suggest a thirty minute minimum.
Q: How about if I want to talk to a guy?
A: Drop us an email and we will set you up with a quality entertainer – because there is limited requests for male entertainers we do not have them available always.
Q: Can we do a call with a guy and a girl and me?
A: Sure, this is available but need some arranging. Contact your entertainer by IM or email and she will help you work out the details. Two entertainer calls are $5.50 a minute, with a thirty minute minimum.
Q: What is the proper etiquette for ending a call?
A: Sometimes it is nice to know the nuances. While there is no “Proper Etiquette” most men will have their orgasm and ring off. It is nice to hear a Thanks and Goodbye, but if you are too exhausted we understand! If you want to chat a moment and have cuddle time, that’s great also! We realize some entertainers get very upset at callers who disconnect abruptly – but we don’t… It is your choice.
Q: I booked more time than I needed, can I use those minutes another time?
A: Sorry, no our billing system does not allow for holdover minutes.
Q: If I call frequently, can you keep my info on file so we can get right into it without having to read card numbers etc?
A: Sure! Just talk to your preferred entertainer – she can work something out.
Q: Are the calls recorded, does anyone know what I am talking about besides me and my entertainer?
A: NO, calls are not recorded. Your chat is completely private and no one else’s business! No information about you or your call will ever be released unless a US Court orders this information release. *Sometimes our entertainers do write blog posts about “Hot Phone Sex Calls” – if they do share about a call, this is done with the callers expressed permission and we change the names!
